- Evolve, enhance, and modernise large-scale systems
- Drive adoption of technologies such as Go
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Develop automation for infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Build tools and processes supporting continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
- Make data-guided decisions affecting core business metrics and processes
- Apply platform and reliability engineering practices, including observability, performance optimisation, analytics, and security best practices

Requirements
- Highest level of proficiency developing applications using most of the listed technologies
- Strong Golang knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of AWS products such as Lambdas and DynamoDB
- Comfortable working in Azure and Azure DevOps environments
- Containerisation and infrastructure-as-code approach
- Good understanding of development methodologies and design patterns
- Cloudflare knowledge
- C# ASP.NET and .NET Core are a plus but not necessary
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Astro, and NodeJS is a plus
- Willingness to learn; candidates do not need to meet every listed requirement
