Senior ServiceNow GRC, IRM Transformation & Advisory Consultant

• Provide strategic advisory services across Enterprise Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, and Governance operating models enabled by ServiceNow IRM




• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions supporting enterprise risk management, risk and control frameworks, operational resilience, business continuity management, and third-party risk management




• Deliver end-to-end transformation projects from strategic value assessments through complex ServiceNow implementations




• Apply industry expertise across Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Energy & Utilities to tailor solutions




• Cultivate and expand trusted advisor relationships with clients




• Contribute to growing the global consulting capability and coach colleagues




• Support bid responses and identify new business opportunities




• Drive client business outcomes through ServiceNow technology services and consulting expertise

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and advisory roles




• Demonstrable expertise in the ServiceNow IRM suite, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM and Operational Resilience




• Preferred specialization in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Risk & Compliance (RC), Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Agentic AI (Now Assist, GenAI), and CMDB




• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated consulting experience, or a strong track record in client-facing advisory roles within industry




• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, or Energy & Utilities




• Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)




• Highly preferred: at least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications




• Experience in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, solution architecture, and scope definition




• Valuable certifications include PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or other Scaled Agile certifications




• Experience managing organizational change and driving adoption for technology transformations




• Desired certifications include PROSCI and TBM




• Proven ability in business development, bid response, use case development, and articulating solution value to senior stakeholders




• Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills




• C2 proficiency in English and local country language(s)




• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
