- Act as CRM trusted advisor for business unit projects through requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Demonstrate products and model use cases
- Develop business processes and related configurations

- Directly support business unit staff during launches
- Estimate work efforts for project and ticket phases
- Take responsibility for solution design, development, and implementation
- Provide product and technical expertise for complex projects and integrations

- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations
- Assess, design, and develop future integration requirements

Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- 6+ years of previous development experience with Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
- Development experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
- Development experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred)
- Development experience with Conga CLM (preferred)
- DevOps platform experience preferred (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Experience with MuleSoft preferred (or other enterprise integration technologies)
- Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project
- Strong understanding of highly scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions
- Experience working in Agile projects and managing workload with JIRA
- Ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
- Technical project management experience
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Communication skills for technical and business audiences
