- Use sound judgment in day-to-day sales activity, take initiative to identify issues or areas for improvement, and apply solutions with an end-to-end view of the client and sales process.
- Communicate complex solution value clearly and effectively to a range of audiences, while building credibility as a trusted partner to clients and internal colleagues.
Requirements
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 6+ years of experience in Ratings Direct, Ratings Xpress, Credit Pro, Credit Analytics, and Scorecards in the wide Financial Institution space in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong sales execution skills, including the ability to manage pipeline activity, maintain forecasting discipline, and consistently deliver against commercial objectives.
- Able to engage with and influence peers, immediate leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Able to work effectively with incomplete or evolving information, while identifying practical options in non-routine situations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain fairly complex or technical information within a specialized sales environment.
