Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives across Treasury and Corporate Risk, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed.
Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder oversight aligned to regulatory expectations.
Manage and develop a small team of Business Analysts, setting clear objectives and ensuring high-quality requirements and documentation.
Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive business case development, benefits realisation tracking, and financial governance across assigned initiatives.
Ensure all change activity complies with internal control frameworks and external regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including Technology, Operations, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate steering committees and executive forums, providing clear, concise updates and recommendations.
Requirements Extensive project/program management experience in a Risk or Finance function of a financial institution (Preferred) Subject matter expertise through working in a Market or Corporate Credit Risk role (Preferred) Knowledge of associated regulatory frameworks, including model risk (Preferred) Bachelors/Masterβs degree in relevant topic (Preferred) Post Graduate qualification in a finance (e. g., ACCA/CFA) or project management (e. g., PMI) discipline (Preferred) English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
