Jobtailor is seeking a senior technology delivery leader to oversee a team of Technology Optimisation Leads and planning resources, delivering complex network and exchange work packages across the network estate. You will own service management with SLAs, KPIs and OLAs, and provide portfolio-level oversight. In this role you will escalate high-risk issues, establish governance, drive continuous improvement, and report health, risks and mitigations in senior forums.
