β’ Deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR operational support across multiple regions, primarily the UK/EMEA
β’ Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex employee lifecycle activities
β’ Manage and resolve escalated HR cases within agreed SLAs
β’ Monitor workloads and case management queues to support team performance targets
β’ Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience
β’ Build relationships with managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence
β’ Lead and coordinate onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding across multiple jurisdictions
β’ Ensure accurate, compliant employment documentation and oversee background screening, right-to-work, and compliance checks
β’ Coordinate benefits administration, leave management, global mobility, visas, work permits, employee data changes, and contractual amendments
β’ Support HR Business Partners with employee relations administration and documentation
β’ Coordinate salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions, performance reviews, and talent management activities
β’ Support reward activities, compensation analysis, benefits reviews, and salary survey submissions
β’ Produce partner and leadership reports, organisation charts, workforce analytics, and governance documentation
β’ Act as a super user for HRIS, ServiceNow, and other HR technologies
β’ Maintain employee data integrity through audits, validation, and corrective actions
β’ Support system testing, upgrades, process enhancements, and new HR technology implementations
β’ Provide training and support on HR systems and self-service functionality
β’ Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation
β’ Participate in regional and global HR projects, implementation, and change management
β’ Analyse processes and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and best-practice solutions
β’ Share expertise and coach less experienced HR team members
β’ Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, regulatory requirements, data privacy, and statutory reporting obligations
β’ Support audits and elevate risks, control weaknesses, and compliance concerns
Requirements
- Significant experience in an HR administration, HR operations, or HR shared services environment
- Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries or regions
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, preferably D365 HR, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex HR processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Experience supporting global HR processes and operating within a multinational environment
- Knowledge of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or working towards qualification
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior HR team members
