Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in leading media measurement strategies at Unilever Foods.
  • Drive actionable insights for planning.
  • Enhance brand tracking and MMM analysis.
  • Work with providers and provide recommendations to enhance media offerings.
  • Increase internal knowledge of media offerings.
  • Foster a culture of confidence in media planning.
  • Contribute to a more robust planning process through detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Lead at least one client engagement independently.
  • Ensure regular client updates and meetings, stakeholder management, risk and failure analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution, and success metrics are conducted effectively and efficiently.
  • Solve business problems and develop solutions using problem-solving methodologies.
  • Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical techniques to solve business problems.
  • Develop models and recommend insights.
  • Form hypotheses and run experiments to gain empirical insights.
  • Anticipate business problems and deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Actively focus on opportunities to grow the client along with the senior engagement manager.
  • Support the sales team for RFPs and regular sales pitches.
  • Contribute to firm growth by participating in training sessions.
  • Coach and groom the team on analytics techniques, problem-solving, project management, and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5.6 to 10 years overall experience with 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in running analytics projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression.
  • Project management, stakeholder management, crisis handling.
  • People grooming (good team player and a leader who identifies and creates synergy in a group).
  • Knowledge of data conversion strategy.
  • Capturing data.
  • Creating source-to-target definitions for ETL/data flow process.
  • Data quality and database management.
  • Good problem solving and insight generation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent.
