Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market
- Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation
- Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team
