- Run the creator/brand ambassador programme day to day across Skin + Me and Hair + Me
- Smoothly onboard new ambassadors and support existing ambassadors
- Report on channel performance, including outreach, programme size, active posting and sales
- Use data to devise strategies that increase ambassador posting and sales
- Implement engagement strategies such as email journeys, rewards and events
- Manage the relationship with the agency partner and provide clear direction
- Collaborate with social, CRM, influencer and customer service teams to increase direct applications and ambassador activation
- Help creators produce compelling content in line with compliance requirements
- Repurpose creator content across other marketing channels where possible
- Work with the Influencer Team Lead to automate processes
- Expand the programme to additional + Me brands over time
Requirements
- Previous experience working on a creator, influencer or affiliate programme
- Experience improving an existing programme or channel
- Ability to build relationships with creators and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and seek help when blocked
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills
- Ability to build reports, identify errors and explain findings
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Experience managing an agency or supplier
- Inquisitive mindset with the ability to generate and properly test ideas
