- Manage comprehensive product roadmaps and strategic frameworks
- Support delivery of the strategic vision by identifying emerging needs and opportunities and monitoring OKR progress
- Represent product work in cross-functional forums and enable cultural and organisational change
- Support and align the Online Safety data and AI strategies with organisational goals
- Manage the online safety product development programme across the product team, Online Safety Group and delivery partners
- Coordinate resources, operational needs and cross-functional constraints for smooth product development
- Build, mentor and lead junior colleagues
- Engage internal stakeholders and communicate product strategy and desired outcomes
- Build relationships to facilitate collaboration and advocacy for product initiatives
- Manage project dependencies and solve cross-functional problems to mitigate delivery risks

Requirements
- Demonstrated delivery in product management through standard methodologies and creative solutions
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs and data warehouses
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of data analytics and user feedback methodologies
- Familiarity with cross-organizational data strategies (desirable)
- Proficiency in design and wireframing tools (desirable)
- Experience working with technology and data science teams (desirable)
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable product and process solutions
- Expertise in project management disciplines
- Ability to organise work effectively and manage resources
