Requirements
- Proven experience running a temporary education recruitment desk, placing supply teachers, cover supervisors, or teaching assistants into schools - this is not suitable for candidates with internal recruitment or HR backgrounds.
- A track record of building and managing secondary school client relationships at leadership level, not just filling inbound vacancies.
- Genuine fluency with ATS and CRM tools as part of your daily workflow, not just for record-keeping.
- The discipline and setup to run a 7am desk during term time.
