Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, oversight, guidance, and direction to a cross functional team of Maintenance, Facilities, Planning, Capital Expense Project, Reliability and Integrity Departments.
- Responsible for leadership, strategic direction and management of the engineering departments: Mechanical and Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I).
- Key partner of the Site Production Manager in ensuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is maintained and maximized.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal customers in support of site-wide operations.
- Support site objectives by directing safe and efficient preventive and corrective equipment repairs.
- Responsibility for managing the development of the engineering teams and their individual members.
- Provides Mechanical, Civil and EC&I strategy and oversight for the assets life cycle.
- Maintain and improve performance of the company's physical assets and control maintenance Labouré and materials costs.
- Effective participation as a site and operations senior manager to define and implement SHEQ&S strategy and direction for the business.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental aspects and c GMP quality for the function.
- Provide high-quality project and program management standards across the whole project lifecycle of the capital expense projects.
Requirements
- Academic level: Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry.
- 15 years of experience in maintenance management within the chemical sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team collaboration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical maintenance, reliability, integrity, and engineering controls.
- Strong expertise in electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) maintenance, reliability, integrity, and engineering controls.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP, maintenance systems, CAPEX management, and other relevant tools and processes.
