Tessl is seeking a senior AI/ML product engineer to join our team in London or remotely within the UK.
You will sit in on customer sessions, design evaluations that capture how agents fail, and drive fixes through to shipped improvement.
You will own a slice of our eval infrastructure, prototype new harnesses, and analyse agent traces to inform engineering decisions.
A background in RL/bandits and code-generation systems, plus experience building datasets or synthetic data, is highly valued.
