Responsibilities

  • Deliver error‑free, engaging and brand‑aligned puzzle content with 100% completion of QA standards prior to release, maintaining consistency across all formats and markets.
  • Produce and deliver multi‑format puzzle content to agreed schedules and budgets, achieving on‑time delivery targets and zero duplication across platforms and territories.
  • Use audience, engagement and performance data to refine puzzle formats, difficulty levels and themes, improving retention and usage metrics over time.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of the Alph puzzle‑generation engine by testing outputs, identifying defects and recommending enhancements to increase automation accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate across target markets, maintaining compliance with editorial standards and audience sensitivities.
  • Work effectively across editorial, product, commercial and technology teams to align content with product goals, customer needs and revenue opportunities.
