Responsibilities

  • Lead on the Centre of Excellence (COE) uptake acceleration strategy across international markets, partnering with countries to ensure best-in-class adoption of Brepocitinib.
  • Own the end-to-end patient journey for Brepocitinib internationally, identifying key barriers and opportunities across the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring pathway.
  • Partner with medical colleagues to ensure a clear definition of the target patient profile for Brepo at launch and how that then expands as COEs grow their prescribing.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Market Access and Medical colleagues to ensure alignment in market development activities, whilst ensuring rigorous compliance to all PFE policies.
  • Lead the International Medical Education (Med Ed) strategy, ensuring physicians understand the significant treatment gap that currently exists pre-launch and the benefits of Brepocitinib in addressing those post launch.
  • Lead on Brepo KOL strategy for the ICO, partnering with Global colleagues as appropriate & building out a plan that engages KOLs effectively in launch planning.
  • Lead the international unbranded disease awareness campaign for dermatomyositis (DM), driving increased diagnosis rates and broadening the pool of patients who can benefit from Brepocitinib at launch.
  • Partner with the Commercial Lead and cross-functional team to ensure market development activities are fully integrated with the broader launch plan and that progress is regularly reported to senior leadership.
  • Drive Market Development Performance Tracking.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools across all market development activities, from patient journey analytics and COE targeting to campaign personalisation and Med Ed delivery, to drive accelerated market shaping and brand adoption.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Regional/Global Marketing Teams with demonstrated capability of working across countries and cultures.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix.
  • Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
  • Commercial/portfolio management experience, including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L), asset allocation, value and cost driver decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders.
  • Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability.
  • AI Fluency: Proficient in leveraging artificial intelligence tools and technologies to drive commercial insights, optimize decision-making, and support innovation. Able to navigate emerging AI trends and integrate them effectively into strategic business processes and execution.
