Regulatory Risk Oversight VP

• Provide second-line-of-defense review and challenge of first-line-of-defense interpretations and implementation of regulatory capital and liquidity rules
• Manage governance processes and committees related to regulatory capital and liquidity
• Independently review or manage reviews of regulatory capital and liquidity rule interpretations and implementation approaches
• Ensure interpretations and implementation approaches align with regulatory capital rules and regulations

Requirements

• Highly experienced in regulatory risk oversight
• Experience in the regulatory capital and/or liquidity space
• Working experience with Basel 3
• Basel 3.1 regulatory interpretations and calculator implementations/approaches preferred
• Experience in Counterparty Credit Risk for Repo-Style Transactions is a plus
• Ability to independently review and/or manage reviews of regulatory capital/liquidity rule interpretation and/or implementation approaches
• Ability to ensure alignment with regulatory capital rules and regulations

Demonstrates extensive expertise in regulatory risk oversight, particularly in regulatory capital and liquidity, ensuring compliance with Basel 3 and Basel 3.1 standards. Capable of independently managing reviews and interpretations of regulatory rules and governance processes.
