Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR leader to help implement the global HR strategy across EMEA and India, collaborating with the Regional HR Director and C-Suite to drive organisational effectiveness. You will coach managers to build high-performance leadership and work with HR Partners and Office Managers in Vilnius, Bangalore, Düsseldorf, Dubai, and Cape Town.
You will foster collaboration within the HR team, support leadership development, and ensure compliance with local laws.
