- Plan, execute, and deliver data center construction projects within Castro Oil UK Ltd supporting the Castrol On brand
- Manage all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and cost estimates
- Lead project risk mitigation, contingency planning, and issue resolution
- Coordinate external suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and contractual compliance
- Implement Project and Construction Safety and Project HSSE standards
- Manage requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for data center infrastructure
- Drive design development and delivery with engineering and operations teams
- Manage commissioning activities to test and verify systems for operation
- Manage partner relationships and project communications
- Apply project delivery frameworks and methodologies and drive continuous improvement
- Resolve conflicts and maintain positive team dynamics

Requirements
- Confirmed experience in project management, specifically within data center construction or similar complex infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Cost Estimating, Schedule and Resources management, and Sourcing Management
- Strong understanding of Design development and deliver processes
- In-depth knowledge of Project and construction safety and Project HSSE regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in Risk Management and Requirements Management
- Experience with Project Commissioning and Project execution planning
- Excellent Partner Management and Supplier Management skills
- Strong ability in Conflict Management
- Familiarity with various Frameworks and methodologies for project delivery
- Ability to work within a hybrid office/remote arrangement
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Must comply with applicable local policies, including potential screening and background checks
