- Support new project tender acquisition and project execution within DOF’s Construction Service Line
- Manage assigned subsea cable project scopes from execution through project close-out
- Lead and coordinate project teams across technical and commercial activities
- Act as a key interface with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate internal project reporting and communicate project performance
- Take responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, and safety
- Support contract and change management activities
- Manage project close-out and handover responsibilities
- Support project development activities
- Promote and demonstrate a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across project activities
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification or degree
- Formal project management training or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing multidisciplinary scopes involving cable pull-in activities, chartered CTVs, termination and testing, and offshore operations management
- Broad technical understanding of subsea cable installation
- Previous experience delivering projects within a technical execution environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective planning and organisational capability
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
