Responsibilities Engineering project delivery for awarded work, ensuring day-to-day BAU activities are managed, controlled, and delivered to plan.
Provide line management to projects and engineering delivery teams across px E.
Accountable for reporting weekly/monthly project updates and monthly performance to the px E Managing Director and Leadership Team, including monthly metrics for Safety, Cost, Progress, Scope, Quality, Opportunity, and Risk.
Oversee management, governance, and reporting of monthly deliverable performance, agreed metrics, on-time delivery, resource recoveries, load forecasting, quality, adherence to schedule and cost.
Identify and support potential issues, provide analysis, and deliver solutions during LT review and meetings.
Ensure compliance and governance with business policy and procedures.
Monitor and control planned budgets, collaborating with the Financial Controller to manage risk and provide guidance to delivery teams and the leadership team.
Oversee project execution from handover to sign-off and completion (cost, schedule, scope, quality, team) with lessons learned KPI’s and metrics reported (Pv A).
Drive continuous improvement by proactively developing px E project delivery processes to continuously enhance team outputs.

Requirements Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering or business discipline.
