  • Lead the day-to-day management, integration and control of a major technology transformation programme
  • Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan, including workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, resources and outcomes
  • Establish and maintain the programme critical path
  • Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, sequencing and ownership
  • Coordinate mobilisation and delivery across identity, endpoints, productivity, applications, infrastructure, security, testing and transition workstreams
  • Translate high-level objectives into achievable delivery plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Establish and maintain controls for scope, schedule, resources, budget, RAID, change and decisions
  • Establish programme rhythms, governance forums, reporting cycles and escalation routes
  • Run governance meetings and document decisions, actions, risks and dependencies
  • Produce programme reporting for stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Provide visibility of programme health, milestone progress, risks, resource pressures and constraints
  • Sequence discovery, design, migration planning, testing, cutover and transition activities
  • Develop recovery and mitigation plans for delivery constraints and schedule impacts
  • Escalate issues with recommendations, options and implications
  • Track programme resources and capacity
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, supplier commitments and cost-pressure identification
  • Manage programme‑level change control
  • Maintain RAID logs and programme decision records
  • Coordinate internal teams and third‑party contributors
  • Maintain alignment between programme outcomes, contractual deliverables and the transformation timetable
  • Incorporate lessons learned into subsequent programme planning

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex programmes involving Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, identity or organisational change
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated programme plans across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent dependency‑management skills
  • Strong experience with programme governance, including RAID management, change control, decision management, financial tracking and executive reporting
  • Experience managing multiple technical workstreams across infrastructure, applications, security and end‑user technology
  • Experience managing third‑party suppliers, delivery partners and contractual dependencies
  • Strong resource forecasting and capacity‑management skills
  • Experience managing programmes with fixed milestones, migration waves, operational dependencies and complex technical sequencing
  • Practical understanding of the delivery lifecycle from discovery and design through build, testing, migration, cutover and transition into service
  • Ability to understand technical information and translate it into programme impacts, delivery choices, risks and decisions
  • Strong financial‑management capability, including budget tracking, forecasting and cost‑pressure management
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, project managers, product owners, security specialists, operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capability and confidence to challenge delivery leads and stakeholders constructively
  • Highly organised and delivery‑focused
  • Comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels
  • Confidence working with uncertainty and changing information
  • Strong judgement regarding resolution and escalation
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
