  • Lead and manage key technology products, including Salesforce solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial operations
  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for assigned technology products from design and build through business-as-usual operation
  • Act as liaison between IT development groups and business units to establish the product roadmap
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritise features, user stories, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Coordinate timely delivery of product changes and manage associated technology vendors
  • Serve as the main contact between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams
  • Represent the customer voice and provide recommendations for decision‑making
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify opportunities, shape product vision, and define the roadmap
  • Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues before release and align delivery with Salesforce release cycles
  • Ensure technology meets performance service levels, cyber, architectural, data, regulatory, and Salesforce governance standards
  • Work with Service Operations and support partners to meet operational SLAs and customer expectations
  • Escalate delivery or operational issues to Salesforce vendors and support partners
  • Build the internal knowledge base and act as the product subject matter expert
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, emerging technology, and supplier landscape
  • Define and track product outcomes aligned with measurable business value and strategic outcomes

Requirements

  • Advocacy of Digital and Agile approaches
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and ability to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Proven experience working in agile environments
  • Familiarity with agile lifecycle management tools
  • 2-3 years of experience in a product-focused role
  • Experience working in the Airline or Logistics Insurance industry
  • Experience with SaaS products and vendors (desirable)
  • Experience establishing product teams and ways of working (desirable)
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in a product or delivery capacity (desirable)
