- Monitor product functionality
- Investigate, help diagnose and resolve bugs and issues
- Action daily operational process controls and alerts
- Collaborate with the wider business, including product, customer support, marketing and engineering teams
- Deliver regular operational tasks and processes accurately and on time
- Assist the wider business in providing excellent customer support
- Pull and analyse data using SQL
- Provide data extracts and dashboard reporting across the business, focusing on operational controls
- Automate and optimise controls, processes and management information
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets at basic to intermediate level
- Willingness to learn and drive efficiency
- Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Proactive, with the ability to make things happen
- Fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
- Ability to find solutions independently
- Intermediate-level SQL
- Experience in a tech environment or a strong interest in FinTech is nice to have
- Unable to accept applications from those who require sponsorship or hold a graduate visa
