Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus) – Own accountability for identifying, pursuing, and closing consulting engagements. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large-scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients.
- Build Enterprise Client Relationships – Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and board members. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE strategically across business units, and drive account expansion through cross‑selling and upselling.
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Own responsibility for major transformation programs. Define methodologies, ensure client priorities are addressed, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining profitability targets.
- AI-Driven Business Solutions – Position AI as a core differentiator in sales conversations. Identify high‑value opportunities where AI enhances decision‑making and operations. Develop case studies and thought leadership to support the sales pipeline.
- Scale & Mentor Teams – Develop high‑performing consulting teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence and entrepreneurial mindset.
