  • Deliver interventions within the community on an individual and group basis
  • Complete screenings
  • Undertake work in Courts
  • Support children and their families/carers through effective assessments and interventions

  • Work with parents and carers through positive partnership working
  • Apply strengths-based, child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approaches
  • Travel to meet service need across the Central area of Lancashire County

Requirements

  • Experience or ability to deliver interventions with children and families/carers
  • Ability to complete screenings
  • Ability to undertake work in Courts
  • Ability to deliver effective assessments and interventions
  • Commitment to positive partnership working, including working with parents and carers
  • Commitment to child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approaches
  • Must provide a car for use in connection with the duties and have business-use insurance (may be considered without driving if unable because of a disability)
  • Must apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure if successful
  • Must provide a supporting statement evidencing how the criteria are met
  • Not open to international sponsorship
