- Manage referrals and workflow systems
- Support specialist placement administration
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries
- Maintain accurate databases and records
- Produce reports and management information
- Support meetings, panels and governance processes

- Work closely with schools, providers, families and internal colleagues
- Support children and young people with SEND in accessing appropriate educational placements and resources
Requirements
- Experience providing administrative or business support
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C / 4-9) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Strong ICT and administrative skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Commitment to equality, diversity and excellent customer service
- Ability to attend County Hall for a minimum of 40% of the working week
- Successful applicant required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a disclosure
- Role is not open to international sponsorship
