Responsibilities
- Co-deliver Oliver Mc Gowan Mandatory Training
- Online sessions delivered from home
- Face‑to‑face sessions within around 1 hour of your home (optional)
- Share personal experiences in a safe, structured, and positive way
- Help health and social care staff understand good care and communication
- Work closely with another trainer to deliver engaging and inclusive sessions
- Support development of accessible and engaging training materials
- Act as a professional ambassador for people with learning disabilities
