Requirements



  • Minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline, obtained in the last 3 years or currently being studied

  • Must have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake

  • Curiosity, ambition and readiness to learn

  • Interest in technology products and passion for the water industry

  • Flexibility, as placements may vary across the region and departments

  • Willingness to attend a face-to-face assessment centre at an Anglian Water location
