  • Support management of design and engineering activities with strategic suppliers
  • Support definition of project requirements, scope, assumptions, and basis of design
  • Support development and agreement of technical justifications and evidence of project technical decisions
  • Support survey scope development and implementation
  • Support technical assurance activities
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project management, site delivery, stakeholder, legal, planning, and consenting teams
  • Complete different placements over the two-year graduate programme
  • Gain exposure to technical activities supporting design and engineering of nationally significant infrastructure projects
  • Receive structured development, mentoring, and hands-on experience across technical areas

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in any discipline, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or a related engineering field
  • Minimum 2:2 in the preferred degree disciplines
  • Degree obtained within the last 3 years or currently being studiedMust have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake
  • Strong technical understanding

  • Curiosity, ambition, willingness to learn, and collaborative working approach
  • Excitement about technology products and passion for the water industry
  • Flexibility to work across placements, departments, the region, construction sites, partner offices, and the London hub
