Responsibilities
- Lead the effective delivery and performance of all Facilities Management framework agreements across Central Services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery, overseeing both existing and future building portfolios.
- Ensure services are delivered consistently, safely, and to a high standard.
- Guarantee that all services and projects delivered through the framework comply with regulatory, contractual, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, holding partners accountable for delivering high-quality services.
- Drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Set KPIs and SLAs, conduct audits and reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience or previous knowledge in Estates or Facilities Management.
- NEC3/4 Contract Management experience or other contracts.
- H&S qualifications: SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH – desirable.
- Framework management experience.
- Framework Procurement experience.
- Proven ability in delivering business objectives.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Effective leadership with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
