  • Overview
  • Help create strong operational foundations that support compliance, enhance the employee experience and enable the effective use of technology and AI within the People function.
  • Play a key role in strengthening and modernising HR function by improving data accuracy, embedding consistent people processes and supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR guidance.
  • Deliver responsive and professional support through the HR inbox, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and consistently.
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of people-related queries.
  • Support the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help identify and address gaps in policy documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, People Assistant or People Advisor role.
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing confidential employee information and records.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A customer-focused approach with the confidence to support employees and managers professionally.
