Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Client Services Assistant to support our pension administration workflow in a fast‑growing startup. You will manage client pension processes, such as transfers and drawdowns, coordinating with the pension administrator and the client to keep things moving smoothly.

In peak periods you will assist with ad‑hoc document generation and other tasks where clients need support; you may contact ceding providers for transfers and help the team with client interactions.
