Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Partner Success/Customer Support specialist to manage relationships with our business partners across multiple channels.

You will document interactions in Salesforce, monitor KPIs for response and resolution times, gather partner feedback, and support salons in growing their business while collaborating with the Partner Success team.
