Paid Social Executive

Overview

Run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta (Instagram) and Tik Tok Ads Manager — building, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns for major consumer brands.

Pull, clean, and shape campaign data into clear performance reports — spotting shifts in delivery or results before they become problems.

Build client-ready decks and performance summaries in partnership with our paid media managers.

Track pacing and budgets across live accounts so spend lands where it should, when it should.

Keep campaign hygiene tight — naming conventions, tracking setup, and QA before anything goes live.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally at an agency.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager — you’ve set up, optimised, and reported on live campaigns yourself.
• Confidence with data — you’re comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and can turn numbers into a clear takeaway.
• Sharp attention to detail and the organisation to juggle multiple accounts at once.
• UK-based, ideally in or around London — we’d love some regular office time together.
