Responsibilities

  • Cover the end-to-end process of service contract orders
  • Service Contract order entry involves request validation, data collection, and consistency checks
  • Liaison with requestors, and contract entry monitoring and review
  • Verification and governance of order change/correction requests
  • Monitoring of Service Contracts usage, consignment stock management processes
  • Monitor and control of Service Contract billing
  • Initiate and monitor purchasing of Service Contract-related material/services incl. margin monitoring
  • Assure the compliance and quality of the admin team
  • Liaison with all internal departments related to Service Contract entry and delivery
  • Participation in process improvement/alignment projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or equivalent knowledge
  • Two or more years of order entry or/and purchasing experience
  • Experience managing complex information and multiple partners to find solutions
  • An interest in understanding the matrix of interactions within the company
  • Proficiency in English, very good use knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel (basic functions, work on common spreadsheets), and Teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
  • Experience in process improvement/optimization
  • ATS Optimization Keywords
