Responsibilities
- Cover the end-to-end process of service contract orders
- Service Contract order entry involves request validation, data collection, and consistency checks
- Liaison with requestors, and contract entry monitoring and review
- Verification and governance of order change/correction requests
- Monitoring of Service Contracts usage, consignment stock management processes
- Monitor and control of Service Contract billing
- Initiate and monitor purchasing of Service Contract-related material/services incl. margin monitoring
- Assure the compliance and quality of the admin team
- Liaison with all internal departments related to Service Contract entry and delivery
- Participation in process improvement/alignment projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or equivalent knowledge
- Two or more years of order entry or/and purchasing experience
- Experience managing complex information and multiple partners to find solutions
- An interest in understanding the matrix of interactions within the company
- Proficiency in English, very good use knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel (basic functions, work on common spreadsheets), and Teams.
- Knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Experience in process improvement/optimization
