Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers over the phone and via email
  • Engage with industry stakeholders
  • Lead on sales for E. ON Next
  • Onboard retentions, switches and cross-selling
  • Come up with solutions to resolve customer challenges
  • Be responsible for customer service from the start of their sales journey

Qualifications

  • A flair in sales, including negotiation skills
  • Commercial understanding
  • Ability to identify the right solution for customers
  • Ability to discuss product suite with customers; training will be provided
