- Carry out seating assessments throughout the North and Midlands regions of England via home visits, care homes and hospitals
- Use assessment chairs, including bariatric chairs, and beds as required
- Deliver demonstration and training sessions and presentations to groups of prescribers
- Manage diary scheduling for client visits and assessments
- Manage stock to facilitate scheduled jobs
- Assist colleagues with upstairs deliveries of chairs and beds
- Complete administrative work, including following up on quotations and recording assessment outcomes
- Ensure clients receive excellent customer service
- Maximise sales activity by supporting the sales team when required
- Help develop new areas of business
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients and key contacts
- Participate in product development and provide feedback for new product launches
- Attend regular video conferences with head office
- Attend regular face-to-face head office meetings, usually every six months
- Maintain demonstration equipment in good condition
- Adhere to relevant quality and regulatory requirements
- Complete company training, including health and safety training
- Maintain excellent personal appearance and hygiene
Requirements
- Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent (desirable)
- Relevant product and industry knowledge (desirable)
- Sales experience (desirable)
- Experience working alone (desirable)
- Face to face customer experience (desirable)
- Effective and confident communication skills, with an excellent level of English
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Ability to use initiative in a variety of challenging situations
- Good ICT skills to facilitate CRM activities including phone calls, events and emails
