- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker, able to contribute new campaign ideas and refine ongoing activity
- Analytical and able to make data-driven decisions to optimise results
- Excellent team player, outgoing and proactive
- Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, and Hub Spot (or similar) preferable
