Owning the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring core platforms are aligned to business priorities and built to scale; driving system optimisation, identifying inefficiencies, reducing duplication and improving user experience; leading cross-functional delivery, working closely with Revenue Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and Finance; improving data integrity and insight for accurate revenue data; supporting AI and automation adoption to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy; managing vendors and spend, contributing to procurement decisions; owning enterprise-scale implementation programmes for system rollouts; enabling M leading and developing a high-performing team, building capability across systems, data and analysis.
Requirements
- Experience across RevTech, Revenue Operations or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the wider ecosystem of revenue tools
- Ability to translate commercial priorities into scalable system solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills across Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and IT
