Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to schedule and coordinate service engineers for maintenance, breakdowns, and installations.

You will manage engineer diaries, optimise travel, and act as the main customer contact for service support.

You will raise service jobs, maintain ERP and CRM records, support quotations and administration for repairs and spare parts, monitor delivery, and report on performance.
