- Manage day-to-day operations and technical readiness of program and facility equipment
- Provide technical expertise in support of 24/7/365 watch-standing duties
- Manage program systems, equipment, and components
- Troubleshoot system outages and coordinate with agencies to maximize circuit readiness and minimize downtime
- Notify senior program personnel when anomalies or outages occur
- Qualify on all applicable equipment
- Maintain habitability of program spaces
- Conduct preventive maintenance
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures as required
- Provide Critical Information Requirements to the chain of command
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability and effectiveness analyses
- Analyze total system products across concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
- Convert customer or product requirements into total systems solutions within technical, schedule and cost constraints
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies
- Provide technical expertise for installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of installed systems
- Serve as Power Control Station/Power Safety Officer and oversee routine and preventative maintenance
- Inform the chain of command of substantive changes to system configuration or capability
- Draft daily, monthly and weekly watch bills
Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience with bachelor's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Background in Electronic Maintenance, Information Systems or Telecommunication disciplines
- Experience with the management of electronic equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance, configuration, and calibration
- Experience in safety procedures when working with electronic equipment
- Ability to identify and correct emergent problems involving technical and/or facility-related equipment, systems, and components
- Experience following quality assurance steps/checks
- Must be able to obtain/maintain base access credentials
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances
- Lifting and moving materials may be required
