- Build and maintain responsive websites, templates, layouts and front-end components
- Implement and manage website content within CMS platforms
- Translate designs, wireframes and requirements into functional, responsive web pages
- Test websites across browsers, devices and platforms to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and resolve usability, accessibility, performance and presentation issues
- Support website launches, troubleshooting, incident resolution and ongoing maintenance
- Work collaboratively with developers, designers, SEO specialists and Client Success teams
- Follow development standards, best practices and agreed delivery processes
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support delivery of high-quality websites that meet client objectives and commercial goals
- Work throughout the project lifecycle from build and testing through launch and ongoing support

Requirements
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills with practical front-end development experience
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and modern front-end development practices
- Knowledge of website accessibility standards and browser compatibility requirements
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Craft CMS, WordPress, Shopify or similar
- Ability to convert designs and wireframes into accurate, responsive web pages
- Familiarity with version control systems, testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Experience with Craft CMS, WordPress or Shopify theme development
- Knowledge of Twig, PHP or similar templating languages
- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and website performance optimisation
- Experience using Figma or similar design collaboration tools
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Experience working on websites for small and medium-sized businesses
- Understanding of website hosting, cloud services (AWS or similar) and web security best practices
- Awareness of analytics, user behaviour and conversion optimisation principles
