Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Recruitment Manager in the United Kingdom to drive local growth, manage strategic employer partnerships and oversee bulk vacancy campaigns. You will work with sector bodies, the Curriculum Team and employers to build Sector Routeways aligned to needs, while maintaining strong local relationships and leading large accounts.
