Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality inductions, site tours, and operational training sessions
- Train colleagues on MHE equipment (such as Counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT) in line with accredited standards
- Support colleagues through coaching and on-the-job learning to build capability and confidence
- Ensure all training is accurately recorded, maintained, and compliant with standards
- Carry out regular MHE and safety observations
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Ideally delivering operational training
- 6 months Counterbalance experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety, SOPs, and safe systems of work
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset
