- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Brand Technical Equity Framework
- Act as the subject matter expert for Brand Technical Equity
- Provide technical consultancy and regulatory guidance to internal teams, production sites and third-party operations
- Develop and maintain Brand Technical Manuals defining production standards for global brands
- Manage the central Brand Technical Manual portal across more than 80 global production sites
- Own technical standards and governance processes
- Monitor compliance, analyse performance data and report on key performance indicators
- Partner with Global Brand Teams, Technical functions, Procurement and external partners
- Deliver training and capability-building initiatives
- Improve systems, processes and tools supporting efficiency, data quality and compliance
- Provide technical support and risk-based regulatory advice while protecting brand integrity and consumer trust
Requirements
- Experience within a technical support function in the food, beverage or alcoholic drinks industry
- A degree in Food Science, Science or a related technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of liquid formulations and product development
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and customers
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and how they support quality and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
