  • Lead a team of Account Directors and Account Managers within the Corporate Sales Division
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue and profit goals through team ownership and overall team strategy
  • Onboard, coach, develop, and retain sales talent
  • Drive interdepartmental collaboration and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Develop customer-centric strategies across Tech Sourcing, Professional Services, and Managed Services
  • Manage a team of direct reports generating a minimum of Β£70 million revenue per annum
  • Achieve revenue and gross-profit targets and grow individual team attainment
  • Oversee Protect & Grow and High Potential accounts through the Steps to Success process
  • Maintain peer-to-peer leadership relationships with major revenue accounts and vendors
  • Coach sales leaders through regular one-to-ones and team meetings
  • Support and steer RFP responses
  • Manage forecasts, pipeline, and sales rigour on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
  • Identify customer-facing activities, new business opportunities, and strategic campaigns
  • Act as executive sponsor for appropriate account relationships
  • Manage vendor relationships, deal strategy, account-based strategy, alignment, and campaigns
  • Build Sales and Solutions Performance Planning strategy with sellers, customers, and CDW peers
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, legal, finance, marketing, and vendor management teams
  • Develop account plans, manage Quarterly Business Reviews, and maintain sales forecasts
  • Develop profitable account strategies with Account Directors
  • Operationalise annual strategies, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Understand and oversee the seller MEDDPICC process
  • Champion CDW’s vision of becoming an AI-fluent organisation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or at least 3 years of sales management experience; or 2 years with a successful track record in sales; or 3 years of executing on goals and knowledge of CDW sales, products, and processes
  • Strong consultative, solution-based selling experience
  • Experience hiring, motivating, coaching, and retaining diverse sales teams
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, high-visibility environment
  • Adaptability and ability to lead through change
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong internal and external customer acumen, with the highest levels of ethics and integrity
  • Sales leadership, strategic thinking, and practical experience leading high-performing teams
  • Communication expertise and emotional intelligence
  • Organisational knowledge, consultative selling skills, and customer insight
  • Ability to represent CDW’s Tech Sourcing, Professional Services, and Managed Services portfolio
  • Comfort exploring AI tools and practices and guiding others in responsible AI adoption
