Responsibilities
- Assisting with a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client
- Comfortable negotiating settlements on behalf of the client
- Providing advice and assessing/reviewing damages
- Assisting with the more complex property damage claims
Requirements
- Previous experience held in a Paralegal/Litigation executive role
- Ideally previous experience held in or knowledge of property or recoveries
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop skills / knowledge
- A professional manner with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
