Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Management team to ensure all services are legally registered within the statutory and regulatory frameworks.

- Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of the UK governance, regulatory and legislative framework.
- Experience in or a thorough knowledge of clinical audit activities and associated governance and improvement programmes.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complaints investigations.
- Extensive experience of implementing Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Governance and risk management frameworks.
- Experience of patient safety investigations.
- The ability to analyse and critically appraise complex information.
- Change management and business redesign.
- Well-developed leadership and influencing skills.
