Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to proactively source candidates for apprenticeship programs, build a robust talent pipeline, and guide applicants through the entire selection process.
You will respond quickly to inquiries, screen against criteria, and maintain accurate CRM records.
You will produce concise shortlists, prepare candidates for interviews, and drive progression from application to onboarding while ensuring compliance and safeguarding guidelines are followed.
